How do I pair with my partner?
Go to the Settings tab and generate an invite code (this requires Futari Premium). Share that 6-character code with your partner — they enter it under “enter a partner’s code” in their own Settings tab to connect.
I'm not getting notifications.
Make sure notifications are allowed for Futari in your phone's system settings. In the app, open Settings and check that “Diary reminder” and/or “Reveal-time notification” are switched on — the first time you turn one on, your phone will ask for notification permission.
Can I change what time my daily reminder arrives?
Yes — in Settings, turn on “Diary reminder” and tap the time next to it to pick any time you like.
How do I manage or cancel my Futari Premium subscription?
In the app, go to Settings and tap “Manage subscription”, or manage it directly from your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions). Futari itself cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf — only Apple or Google can.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings and tap “Delete my account”. This permanently erases your entries, special days, and pairing, and cannot be undone. You can also email us to request deletion.
Is my diary private?
Yes. Your entries are visible only to you and, if you've paired up, your partner. Futari has no ads, no public feed, and no third-party tracking.
